Objective:

To coach, support and assist clients in obtaining their business objectives that are enrolled in our Client and Business Coaching Marketing program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The essential role of a Business Acceleration Coach is to coach Peak Growth Partners Business clients to achieve their business goals and outcomes.
  • To successfully support clients with PGP and LPW proven business strategies, accountability and systems to maximize results
  • This positions are both virtual Coaching and/or onsite Coaching; you freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon contracted objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of Business Coaching Results, challenges, breakthrough and statistics.
  • To support the contacted Coaching clients through the use of business tools, sales of coaching services and events
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Some travel may be required to support coaching and learn the PGP concepts and process
  • Other duties or special projects to be assigned by PGP mangaement.

Qualifications

  • Highly motivated, self-starter, self-driven.
  • A minimum of 5 years of recent business, coaching, consulting and/or promotion experience with a proven track record.
  • A demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member with other members of the Business Coaching team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
  • Acceptable modern computer skills is needed and expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Must be personable and able to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all over the world. This position calls for the ability to effectively communicate with all types of Business people.
  • The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
  • The ability to work from your home in an environment condusive to conduct business with clients

Business Consultants

Objective

To market and enroll prospects into our Business Results Products and Business Results Coaching Program via telephone.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • The essential role of a Business Consultant is to be calling out to clients within the Robbins Research Int’l, Inc. (RRI) database to perform a Business Consultant and Optimization session. Your role will be to consistently meet and exceed agreed upon monthly enrollment goals along with a monthly expectation of agreed upon down sells or cross sells
  • This position is a virtual sales position; you will work from a home office and have the freedom to implement the pre-agreed upon sales objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and statistics within the CRM
  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers by telephone and e-mail to qualified leads and sell Business Consulting and Business Related services & products.
  • This is a “dial out” sales role in addition to requiring that you handle inbound sales calls and convert those calls into sales or down sells or cross sells
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Some travel may be required to sell business services at RRI events.
  • Other duties or special projects to be assigned by Manager.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 8 years recent sales experience with an emphasis on telephone selling as well as documented top producer status; preferably in an inside sales environment utilizing both inbound and outbound calling techniques.
  • A demonstrated ability to effectively work as a team with other members of the Business Consulting team and various departments within the company to achieve individual, departmental and company goals.
  • You will need acceptable modern computer skills and be expected to follow all company policies and procedures.
  • You will need the ability to build rapport and be able to correspond with people from all over the world. This position calls for the ability to effectively communicate with all types of people.
  • The ability to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral and diagram form.
  • The ability to work from your home.
